Founded in 1992, Eastern Shore Poultry was started by Harry Dukes as a small family-run operation deboning whole breast and selling boneless breast fillets. Since then we have expanded our offerings and we focus on contract processing, co-packing, and dark meat deboning. We remain committed to our founding principles of quality, yield, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. To this day, Harry is on the production floor every morning ensuring that those principles and Eastern Shore Poultry's scrupulous standards are being met.

Born and raised in Sussex County, Harry is a University of Delaware graduate and a former army helicopter pilot and Vietnam War veteran. Returning home after his tour of service Harry began working at Showell Farms in Showell Maryland. He worked at Showell for 20 years before leaving as the Director of Sales to start Eastern Shore Poultry in 1992
